The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes is a unique outdoor shopping experience decked with one-of-a-kind stores, and some of the best places to eat in the city. From July to August, people come together to check out the BIG Summer Faire Center Series.
Saint Paul has a profound history dating back to 1849. What was once a gangster hide-out, is now a world-class city in the Midwest.
